As the ship begins cruising towards the Cambodia- Vietnam border, start the day with an early exercise on the Sky Deck, followed by a leisurely breakfast in the restaurant. After, select from the many onboard activities including a ship’s tour, mini-golf tournament, or simply enjoy the scenery as we cross the border between Cambodia and Vietnam.

After lunch on board, travel by local rickshaw to visit the local market and colorful temple which is the spiritual center for local residents. Return to the ship in time for a traditional Vietnamese lion dance, followed by dinner and the evening’s entertainment.

Vam Nao – Tiger Island – Long Xuyen (B,L,D)

Begin your day with a leisurely breakfast in Phu Tan, the provincial capital of An Giang in the heart of the Mekong Delta.

Tender ashore to explore a renowned craft village, celebrated for its handmade Ca Rang clay stoves. These traditional stoves, used for generations in southern Vietnam, are uniquely designed to block wind, retain heat, and prevent ash from dispersing.

While you enjoy lunch, the ship continues its journey, eventually anchoring near Tiger Island.

Disembark by sampan and explore the island aboard a three-wheeled “xe loi,” delving into local cottage industries such as plant pot crafting and incense making. Visit the famed “Mr. Tiger’s Temple” and discover the intriguing tale behind the island’s name.

Return to the ship just in time for a lively cocktail competition and an evening of entertainment.

Long Xuyen – Dinh Yen – Can Tho (B,L,D)

Savor a relaxed breakfast as the ship cruises towards Long Xuyen, the provincial capital. Take a tender ride to experience the captivating Long Xuyen floating market, followed by a visit to the An Giang Museum, where exhibits showcase the rich cultural heritage of the Kinh, Chinese, Khmer, and Cham communities in the region.

Enjoy lunch onboard as we continue cruising towards Dinh Yen village. Here, observe the vibrant process of weaving colorful straw mats on mechanized looms.

Along the way, visit a local family who crafts delicate tofu skin, a versatile food made from simmering soy milk. Return to the ship and set sail towards Can Tho, the lively heart of the Mekong Delta. In the evening, enjoy a performance of “Đờn ca tài tử,” traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music, before a special farewell dinner.

Can Tho – Cai Be – Sai Gon (B,L,-)

Start your morning with breakfast on the terrace of Claypot Restaurant, taking in the serene views from the pool or the comfort of your private balcony before disembarkation. Meet your local guide and board a coach for Cai Be, where you’ll enjoy lunch at the elegant Le Longanier Restaurant, nestled among lush fruit trees by the river.

After lunch, continue your journey to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving mid-afternoon at ÊMM Hotel Saigon, located at 157 Pasteur Street, District 3.

Notes

Important notes: Allocations may be held up to 90 days before departure without financial commitment.
  • From 90 days prior to departure a non-refundable 20% deposit is required against each passenger individually to secure the allocation. Deposit for unsold cabins cannot be offset against payment for sold cabins.
  • Full payment is required minimum 60 days before departure.
  • If booking is made less than 60 days prior to departure full payment is required at time of reservation.
Children Policy

  • Children rate applies to children aged between 6 and 12 years. Maximum one child below 12 is allowed to share bedding with one parent at 60% of net rate per person (double occupancy sharing). Children under 6 years old are not advised on board for safety reasons.
  • The rate for children applies to one child sharing cabin with two adults.
  • Full rate applies to the first child sharing one cabin with an adult.
  • Passengers under 18 years old are only allowed on board accompanied by a passenger who are over 18 years old. Victoria Mekong Cruises is not responsible for the safety of children on board. Parents are fully responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times

Booking policy

Cancellation by passenger
Confirmed bookings must be cancelled in writing (email) only and this will only be effective once the written cancellation is confirmed.
Booking amendments must be submitted in writing and will only be effective once confirmed. For cancellations of bookings, the following charges apply.
  • Prior to 90 days before departure: no charge
  • 90 days to 61 days: loss of deposit (20% of total amount)
  • 60 days to 31 days: 50% of total costs
  • Less than 30 days or no-show: 100% of total costs
If deposit and final payment are not made based to the due dates mentioned in the confirmation or on payment reminders VMK reserves the right to release the booking without any claims for compensation.
Cancellation by The Ship (bad weather)
  • Before departure from (none of the services have been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip) used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • The final cost will be confirmed via email.
