Booking and Payment methods

Our booking conditions are simple and convenient, you only need to send your confirmation to seller's email or our official email address (info@autourasia.com) or phone sms us directly. After discussing and agreeing with our program and price, you will be able to immediately book any of our services, such as tours, hotels, and flights.

Once we receive your booking, we will contact you to confirm it and then proceed with the processing.

  1. In order to confirm your booking, you are required to pay 20% of the total tour price.
  2. In 14 days prior to your departure, you have to pay an additional amount of 40% of the total tour price.
  3. The remaining amount (40%) will be paid in cash or by credit-cards (visa card / master card…) right after your arrival. The bank transaction fee is 3% of the total payment if you choose to pay by card.

Payment methods

  1. Paying by bank transfer to our detailed account which will be sent to your email. Please note that we are not responsible for any bank fees. Thank you for covering all bank charges when you transfer the funds.
  2. Paying online: • This method is very conveniently and quickly. You pay directly through Internet by using your credit card (visa card / master card…). It is necessary for you to settle 3 % of the total payment as the bank transaction fee. • Our staff will instruct you the steps to do by email.

Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellations must be informed in writing either via email or in writing. The charges for cancellations will be as follows (except for airline tickets, which will be deducted according to airline law):

❖ 5% of the total trip amount if you cancel the trip more than 45 days before departure;
❖ 10% of the total trip amount if the cancellation reaches Autour Asia between 15 days and 45 days before the start of the trip;
❖ 30% of the total trip amount if the cancellation reaches Autour Asia between 6 days and 15 days before the start of the trip.
❖ 60% of the total trip amount if the cancellation reaches Autour Asia between 2 days and 6 days before the start of the trip.
❖ 100% of the total trip amount if the cancellation is notified to Autour Asia less than 2 days before the start of the trip.

Travel Insurance

Trip insurance is required for all of our travels. Upon your trip departure, please confirm our inclusive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, health, and others.
