Sanouva Saigon hotel was conveniently placed in District 1 and close to many places and attractions and there were convenient, affordable transportation options for trips further away. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay because the hotel was clean, well-kept, had a good bed and shower. The breakfast was tasty and affordable. Every member of the staff was outstanding, highly professional, kind, and extremely helpful. There are too many names to remember, but Huynh Khoi and Son Trang, with whom I had daily contact, deserve special mention because they went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Definitely, I would return to this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Silverland Min hotel was fantastic, and we had a great first week in Ho Chi Minh City.  The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room had air conditioning, a TV, a bathroom, and a wonderful  bed. The atmosphere is very laid back. A fantastic addition is the rooftop bar with a jacuzzi. Special thanks to Kinn, who works at the rooftop bar, for the ideal mojitos, the good advice and handy tips! Thank you Lanh and Kinn as well for the Vietnamese language lessons! Good location. Very near to almost all tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh city. Price is average. The Breakfast Buffet of Acnos Hotel is great  with many options, including American and Asian cuisine. The fruits at the buffet are delicious! The rooms are better than normal for a three star hotel. Your room is cleaned every day. The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel's front desk is where you can exchange foreign currency.

My first visit to this excellent hotel was in December 2022, and this is my second. If somebody had a complaint about this hotel, they probably had a complaint about every hotel they had ever stayed at.  At this hotel, I was greeted so warmly. Everyone on the staff, including Annie and the front desk and restaurant personnel, was always cheerful. Providing room service is not an easy task. They appreciated the small tip I gave them, and my room was always pristine. I stayed in a double deluxe room with a view of the park. I believe this hotel deserves a 4 star rating instead of just being a top-tier 3 star.

Excellent hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh. Excellent staff and a delicious breakfast. Helped us in reserving bus tickets to our next stop as well as a private tour of the tunnels. Even though it was one of the staff members' days off, she drove us to the bus terminal to make sure we received good deals on our tickets and caught the right bus. Cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic staff!

Brilliant hotel. The food, service, and decor were all excellent. However, the greatest was the receptionist IVY, who is a true treasure. Throughout our entire time, she made sure we were comfortable and even after we had checked out, she got in touch with us to assist with booking our next trip's tickets. Really admire her work and passion for making her guests happy. In the event that I visit HCM again, I will definitely visit again. And I hope the hotel takes good care of its diligent staff.

The best parts of the experience were the staff, breakfast, and rooftop happy hour. The personnel satisfactorily complied with each request we made. They were very kind and helpful. I had previously stayed at the Avanti Hotel. Like my previous visit two years ago, everything was excellent. Even because I didn't request it, they let me check in early. The room was clean, comfy and in good condition. The breakfast was very good. Exceptional location. Numerous tourist attractions, well-known restaurants and cafes, which is directly across from the hotel, are all within walking distance.
