My Mom and I stayed at Rosemia 28-30 July 19 and we are more than happy and satisfied with what we have experienced here. Excellent airport pick-up service with a great car. Friendly, easy-to-approach, professional staff with really good manners. New and clean room. Great TV and wifi reception. What surprised us the most is Mr Ngo Duc Cuong, one of the restaurant staff. He serves, pays attention to and remembers us very well. He could even remember what we drink on our first breakfast and make us the same the next day although we don't even remember. We're also surprised when they even help me with my wet iphone by giving me heaps of rice to soak it in. Awesome! Generally, 5 stars for the hotel and 5 star plus for its staff. Will come back next time !

Fantastic hotel with superb staff ! This being our first trip to Vietnam, we weren't sure what to expect. However the Balcona hotel was excellent, right on the beach front and a short (grab ride) to any location in Da Nang. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily, the staff were exceptional and very accommodating, a special mention to Hanna, Jessica, Victor and Alex who made sure we had the best experience. Breakfast had a superb great layout of food and drinks and the kitchen and waiting staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a fantastic experience at the Balcona hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Da Nang.

What a lovely stay my wife and I had at TMS! The location is great! The views and rooftop pool are stunning! The staff are very friendly and accommodating and have good English skills. The breakfast was enjoyable. We stayed for 10 nights and on the 5th day my wife and I got married on Son Tra Peninsula. The staff were very accommodating for the people we had come to assist with our preparations who also took photos of us and some video on the rooftop. Upon returning to our room that evening we had our bed beautifully decorated with some cakes and a lovely card on the table. We had dinner in the Magic Lounge on the roof and the food was lovely and the views spectacular! Room service was very enjoyable too! My wife and I both enjoyed lovely massages at the Melange Spa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TMS Da Nang!

Wonderful beach hotel! The hotel is just a small walk away from the beach and is situated strategically next to a lot of nice places to go around to. Our highlight was the fact that we had a room on the 9th floor and it was the day of the international fireworks festival in Danang - what a visual treat we had from our window - the show was the highlight of our entire trip. The staff at the hotel is extremely warm and the buffet breakfast is scrumptious and loads to choose from. Unfortunately we missed happy hour on both the days that we were there, else it would have been the icing on the cake having a quiet drink on their gorgeous terrace with a fabulous view. All in all a wonderful place to stay with the family.

What a great decision! Staff are very enthusiastic and always helpful with requests and questions. Room clean and spacious. Room cleaning daily and recognized do not disturb while on site. The free breakfast in the morning was one of the best I've ever experienced with at least 6 different hot dishes and plenty of fruit and veg. I have used room service a number of times and it is always quick and the food is delicious. I upgraded to a room with an ocean view and it was worth it, for a great beach and sunrise view everyday. The location is also convenient to restaurants and other destinations. Thank you Sekong staff, I will be back!
